Marjorie Simpson Rehkow has been a licensed Missouri Realtor since 2014. Marjorie worked in the Kansas City area prior to returning to Paris to open her brokerage, United Country Real Estate|Salt River Properties in 2019.
Before she was a Realtor®, she worked in national sales. She has years of experience working with people all over the country. She is not intimidated in negotiations by others’ pressure tactics and takes seriously her responsibility to represent you in such an important transaction as buying or selling a farm, a home, or other property.
Marjorie’s expertise is in lifestyle real estate: farms for sale, recreational properties, hunting properties, whitetail properties, vacation homes, country homes with acreage, residential properties for sale, commercial properties for sale and specialty properties such as confinement facilities and underground storage.
She was raised on a farm South of Paris, MO so she is very familiar with areas around Mark Twain Lake, Perry, Center, New London, Hannibal, Paris, Madison, Holliday, Middle Grove, Centralia, Mexico, Moberly, Macon, and Shelbina. Her business is concentrated in real estate for sale in Northeast Missouri in Ralls, Audrain, Marion, Monroe, Randolph, Macon and Shelby counties, but she is licensed and qualified to assist you with buying or selling property throughout Missouri.
Marjorie and her husband are glad to be back in Paris where they can be involved in community activities and love to take advantage of all the opportunities for being in the great outdoors hunting, fishing or golfing. Marjorie understands the unique lifestyle that rural Missouri offers.
